Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Heal360 Wellness, we strive to provide the best consultation experience to our clients. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any payment.

 

Consultation Fee

The consultation fee paid (₹99 / ₹199 or any applicable amount) is for booking an appointment with our expert team.

 

No Refund Policy

Once a consultation is booked and payment is made, the amount is non-refundable.

This is because the consultation slot is reserved exclusively for you, and our team allocates time and resources accordingly.

 

Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled time.
You can contact us via WhatsApp or email to request a new slot.

 

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend the consultation at the scheduled time without prior notice:

The appointment will be considered missed
No refund will be provided
Rescheduling may not be guaranteed

 

Technical Issues

In case of technical issues from our side (such as connectivity problems or system errors):

We will offer a reschedule at no additional cost

 

Exceptional Cases

In rare and genuine cases, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Heal360 Wellness.
